I monitor pricing directly from the source, which changes daily, even hourly in Chicago. Zillow, Apartments.com and other syndicated sites often have a lag to pull information, meaning listings can quickly become outdated.

Expanded Access to Availability

As a top-producing broker, I have access to nearly every listing in the downtown market, so you’ll see all of your best options, not a limited selection of apartments that spent more marketing dollars to show in your feed, or were pulled from the MLS (a listing service for real estate agents that most managed buildings do not syndicate to).

 

I can even anticipate off market units that may be becoming available, and while on tour we can get early access to units before they are marketed.

Transparency: Expectations = Reality

No misleading advertising, comparing reviews that may have been incentivized, or wasting time touring apartments that looked better in photos and omitted key details (like a blocked lake view!). When we work together you will have access to the same information I do so there's no surprises on the day of our tours.

 

Pro tip: Most Chicago luxury apartment buildings only photograph staged model units, and market broad promotions that apply to a limited selection of units and lease terms.

When you reach out, I'll immediately get in touch to start your Chicago apartment search! We'll have a conversation to discuss your story, review criteria, budget, and wishlist items. Then I'll map out a plan to take advantage of pricing, promotions, and when to see the most sought-after layouts.

Day of Tours

This is what I call Christmas Day! I dedicate a full day to every one of my clients — I'll coordinate the logistics and create a seamless itinerary.  That includes curbside pick up at your hotel or downtown apartment to drive to each appointment. (If you are not able to tour in-person, I'll document video walkthroughs on your behalf.) 

I can even tailor the day based upon your feedback, so if something becomes a must-have or if you remember that you need a lap pool to train for that triathlon this summer, I'm on it. 

And Beyond

During your approval process and lease signing I'll be in communication with the property to keep everything seamlessly moving forward. Have a question about the required documents or a unique scenario, I'm here to provide guidance.
